Ask what is included
Are gutter faces the same as gutter clean-outs? Does the paver price include joint re-sanding? Is the roof included? A cheaper quote is not necessarily the same job. Ask for surfaces, preparation, exclusions, and final price in writing.
Ask about the method and the condition
The roof, house finish, concrete, and pavers can need different treatments. Ask how the contractor assesses coatings, existing damage, water entry, plants, and nearby belongings. Be cautious of blanket promises that every stain will vanish or every roof warranty is protected.
Check the business and documentation
Confirm the company name, contact number, and who is responsible for the job. Request current insurance documentation and any qualifications relevant to the agreed work. Reviews should be read in context and at their original source.
Plan timing and aftercare
Ask about access, weather, tenant or guest traffic, drying requirements, and any restrictions after work. A claimed one-day or two-day schedule is not a substitute for the instructions of the actual product being applied.
