Before we get started

A clear scope.
A practical plan.

Based in Orange Park. Serving Jacksonville and the First Coast, with commercial projects across Jacksonville and the First Coast.

What areas do you cover for commercial pressure washing?

Safe Touch is based in Orange Park and works across the First Coast — Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Orange Park, Fleming Island, World Golf Village, and the Jacksonville, Neptune and Atlantic beaches.

Can you work after hours around our operating schedule?

Yes. Work can be scheduled before open, after close, or on Sunday, so sidewalks, entries and lots are dry and open for business.

Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?

Yes. A certificate of insurance goes out with the first bid, so property managers and facility teams have paperwork in hand before work starts.

How do I get a commercial quote?

Call (904) 434-1108 or email info@safetouchwash.com with the address, surfaces, access restrictions and preferred work window. Multi-property portfolios can be scoped site by site, or use the quote page to find the call and email options.

Your property could be our next project.

Let's put this experience
to work for you.

Send the property address, surfaces and preferred timing. Chuck will help you plan the next step.

How a commercial job actually runs

Commercial work lives or dies on planning, not pressure. Here's the sequence. You send the address and the scope, or just the problem: the sidewalks at the plaza, the canopy at the terminal, the dumpster pad that has its own weather system. I walk the site, note access, water, drainage, and what's open to the public while we work. Then you get a written scope with a schedule that fits your operation, not ours.

Night and early-morning work is normal for us. So is documentation: before photos, after photos, and a COI naming your property or management company before the first hose comes off the truck. If your property manager needs a specific format, we have probably already filled it out.

What we bring that a one-truck operator doesn't

Thirty-one years in the trade, including commercial work, means we've already made the mistakes a new crew is about to make on your building. We know which dumpster pads need degreaser twice. We know a boom lift on a windy day at the beach is a conversation, not a plan. And we know the job isn't done when the surface is clean. It's done when your tenants, your board, or your brand manager walks it and signs off.

One crew owns the job start to finish. The person who scoped it is the person standing in front of you at the walkthrough.

Property types we run regularly

Hotels and hospitality. Retail centers and restaurants. Dealerships and automotive. Distribution and storage. Multifamily and HOA common areas. Churches, schools, and mission campuses. Parking structures and anything that needs a lift. If it's exterior, horizontal or vertical, we have probably cleaned one.

What 31 years in the trade, including commercial work, looks like

The project list on this page goes back years on purpose. A wash company can rent a lift and look capable for a season. What it can't fake is a track record: the same hotels calling back, the same dealerships renewing, the same property managers moving companies and bringing us with them. That repeat business is the whole portfolio. Anyone can clean a building once. Getting invited back is the skill.
