Safe Touch does not pressure wash roofs. Our zero-pressure cleaning approach uses a roof-appropriate application and controlled rinsing rather than a high-pressure nozzle. Roof material, coating, condition, and access all affect the plan.

We assess asphalt shingles, concrete or barrel tile, and suitable metal roofs individually. Loose tiles, failed coatings, leaking areas, or a roof needing repair are reasons to pause and discuss the right next step, not simply clean harder.

Before treatment, we review gutters, drainage, landscaping, and anything under the drip line. Tell us about ponds, recently planted beds, solar equipment, or a collection system that needs special attention.

Dark streaks may be algae, but a photograph is not a complete roof inspection. Cleaning can improve appearance; it does not repair leaks, replace missing materials, or renew a roof warranty. The manufacturer’s requirements govern the cleaning method for your particular roof.
