The Hydro Hero Cleaning Process

Our concrete-cleaning approach, adapted to the surface and its condition. This is not the process we use on roofs or delicate siding.
Pretreat
Apply an appropriate treatment to help loosen dirt and organic buildup.
Surface clean
Use a surface cleaner with the pressure matched to suitable hardscape.
Rinse thoroughly
Remove loosened material and review runoff and nearby surfaces.
Final treatment
Apply a suitable finishing treatment when appropriate and included in the scope.
A different surface deserves a different method.
Roofing and house finishes are not treated like driveway concrete. We match the equipment, application, and rinsing approach to the material and its condition.

We use a soft-wash approach on suitable house finishes and a zero-pressure application approach for roofing. Concrete and other durable hard surfaces are assessed separately.
Can you clean my driveway and house on the same visit?+
Yes. Tell us everything you would like included and we will put the combined scope into your estimate.
Can I get neighborhood route pricing?+
Ask whether the crew is scheduled nearby. Route availability and any savings are confirmed in your quote; an offer is not automatically active.
Do you work with property managers and HOAs?+
Yes. We discuss the property scope, access, pedestrian considerations, scheduling, and any documentation your manager needs.
