Paver Sealing
Restore the look of your pavers with cleaning, joint-sand attention, and an appropriate sealing system. Preparation comes before the finish.
Clean. Sand. Seal.
Sealing starts with the surface underneath it. We inspect drainage, joint-sand loss, existing coatings, stains, and movement before recommending a clean, re-sand, and seal.
The restoration sequence is inspection, cleaning, joint preparation, and application of a compatible sealing system. A natural-look finish and a color-enhancing finish can look different on the same paver, so we discuss the appearance before committing to the job.
Drying, application conditions, coats, and return-to-use times depend on the selected product and the site. We follow the applicable product instructions rather than guaranteeing a one-day job or insisting that every sealing system needs exactly two days.
White haze, peeling, excessive coating buildup, or an unknown old sealer needs assessment. Failed or incompatible coatings may need removal before a new system is applied. Loose or sunken pavers require a separate repair scope.
The calculator uses our standard-service planning rate of $2.13 per square foot. It includes cleaning, joint re-sanding, and sealing as a baseline, not a binding bid. Stripping, repairs, access, materials, and any applicable minimum must be confirmed before the work is agreed.
Restoration, not just a coat
Drainage, joint loss, previous sealer, and any loose or damaged blocks.
Surface-appropriate washing and separately agreed stain or sealer removal.
Joint-sand work suited to the surface and selected system.
A compatible finish, correct application conditions, and clear aftercare.
We discuss the desired appearance and any need for a test area. Wet-use pool decks also need traction considered when selecting a finish.
The surface, joint preparation, weather, and product instructions set the schedule. We do not advertise one drying rule for every sealing system.
