Your house is not a driveway. Safe Touch uses low-pressure application and rinsing on suitable siding, stucco, brick, and painted finishes. Before cleaning, we look for damaged paint, open seams, loose trim, and places where water could enter.

Preparation includes a plan for landscaping, outdoor electrical items, windows, and nearby belongings. Tell us about newly planted beds, fish ponds, delicate finishes, or existing leaks so we can discuss protection and any work we should avoid.

We apply a surface-appropriate cleaning solution, allow controlled dwell time, and rinse with care. The goal is to remove dirt and organic buildup without treating every material with the same pressure setting.

Ask us to include soffits, fascia, gutter faces, the garage door, porches, or a screen enclosure in the written scope. Gutter clean-outs, oxidation treatment, and detailed window cleaning are separate tasks, not automatic inclusions.

If the driveway or roof also needs attention, we can plan the work together. A bundled visit is about an agreed scope and efficient scheduling; no discount is automatic.

What is the difference between a house wash and pressure washing?+

Our house wash relies on surface-appropriate treatment and controlled, low-pressure rinsing. Mechanical surface cleaning is reserved for suitable hardscape, after inspecting its condition.

Does a house wash include my windows and gutters?+

Ask us to list them in the estimate. Rinsing glass is not the same as a detailed window clean, and washing gutter faces is different from removing debris inside the gutters.

How often should I have the house washed?+

Shade, weather, irrigation, and the condition of the finish affect the schedule. We recommend reviewing the surfaces periodically and choosing a cleaning plan based on what the property actually needs.

What should I do before you arrive?+

Close windows and doors, arrange gate access, move fragile outdoor items, and tell us about pets, sensitive plants, and existing damage. We will confirm any other preparation before the visit.
