Pressure Washing Service Areas: Jacksonville & Northeast Florida

Home base is Orange Park. We serve Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, the Beaches, St. Johns, St. Augustine, and Orange Park. House washing, roof cleaning, and paver sealing. Travel is built into the quote.

Choose the service for your property

A shaded wall, a tile roof and a concrete driveway need different cleaning methods. Our house washing service uses low pressure on siding and stucco. Roof cleaning is also a soft wash. For suitable concrete surfaces, see our driveway pressure washing service.

For a paver driveway, patio or pool deck, tell us whether it has been sealed before and whether the joints are losing sand. Our paver sealing page explains the cleaning, sanding and drying steps that go into the estimate. Photos of the whole surface and a close view of problem areas help us assess the work.

Planning a neighborhood visit

Include your city or neighborhood when you request a quote, along with the surfaces you want cleaned and any gate or HOA access requirements. If a neighbor also needs work, mention both properties so we can discuss scheduling them together. Availability and each property's scope are confirmed in the quote; a neighborhood inquiry does not reserve a date.

Unsure whether your address is in our service area? Call (904) 434-1108or send the property details. We can confirm the location, access and work involved before scheduling. You can also browse our job photos to see examples of the surfaces we clean.

How routing keeps your price down

Drive time is the hidden cost in this trade, and I plan around it. Jobs get grouped by neighborhood and by day, which means a crew that's already in Nocatee on Tuesday isn't billing you for the truck ride from Orange Park. Tell us your community when you request a quote and ask about route scheduling. If we're already on your side of the river that week, it shows up in your number.

The same logic works for HOAs and property managers. If we clean four driveways on one street on the same morning, every one of those four owners pays less than they would alone. Common-area work pairs the same way: entrances, sidewalks, and clubhouse elevations on one visit, one mobilization, one invoice.

Where we draw the line

We'd rather tell you no than quote a job we'll regret. Outlying trips get priced honestly, and if your property is beyond our reliable service range, we'll say so and point you toward someone closer. A bad long-distance job costs both of us more than a good referral.
