Agree on the work first
List the house, roof, driveway, enclosure, gutters, glass, and other surfaces you want included. Specialty stains, repairs, and old-sealer removal need separate attention. Keep the written quote so the scope is clear.
Arrange access and protect belongings
Confirm gate or HOA vendor access, parking, and available water access with the crew. Close windows and doors, secure pets, and move portable, fragile outdoor belongings from the agreed work area. Ask for help with anything you cannot safely move.
Point out sensitive areas
Let us know about new plants, ponds, electrical items, damaged screens, loose paint, coatings, existing leaks, and repaired surfaces. Do not climb a roof or ladder to gather information for the quote.
Review the result and follow aftercare
Discuss any remaining marks, damage that cleaning cannot fix, and the surfaces included in the job. For paver sealing or painting, follow the selected product’s return-to-use instructions; dry-looking does not automatically mean ready for vehicles.
Keep the record
Keep your scope, care instructions, and project photos. Let Chuck know about concerns directly, and share an honest review of the experience when you are ready.
