Tell us where your pets normally spend time and which doors they use. Before work, bring bowls, bedding and toys indoors, and arrange for animals to stay away from active treatment and runoff areas. A fenced yard is not enough separation if it is directly beneath the roof being cleaned. We will discuss the work area with you.
Pet-safe service relies on preventing exposure and following the product’s handling and re-entry directions. It does not mean a pet should walk through wet treatment or drink pooled rinse water. Ask the crew when the agreed area can be used again after rinsing and any required waiting period. That timing depends on the work and products actually used.
Give gardens and water features individual attention
Waterfront landscaping can include delicate shoreline beds, ornamental containers and plants close to downspouts. We identify those locations, discuss water access and organize controlled application with appropriate wetting and rinsing around the home. If you have a fish pond, edible garden or recently installed planting, mention it when requesting the estimate rather than waiting until application begins.
Plant protection also means looking beyond the immediate flower bed. Neighboring property, drainage patterns and the direction of wind can influence the work. Where conditions do not support a controlled process, the plan or timing needs to change. We would rather settle those details in advance than rely on a broad chemical-safety claim.

If the back patio is your daily gathering place, explain when you need access. Let us know about deliveries, pool service or landscape crews expected on the same day.
