Surface cleaners (rotary)
The fastest way to clean concrete without the zebra stripes a wand leaves behind.
Field guidance from our own work — not a scored test. We add full hands-on tests as we run them, with the conditions written down.
A rotary surface cleaner spins a bar of water under a shroud. On driveways, sidewalks, and commercial pads it cleans in even passes and keeps the water where the dirt is, instead of spraying it up the wall or onto the neighbor's car.
It is also why a pro driveway does not come out striped. A wand concentrates pressure in a line; a surface cleaner spreads it over a circle. On most First Coast concrete, that is the whole difference between a clean slab and a patterned one.
Best for flat, hard surfaces. It is not for siding, roofs, or anything with a coating you are unsure about.
